The Dipl?me Universitaire Passerelle (DUP) and the Projet PASREL (PP)  are programmes reserved for people in exile (with refugee status, asylum seeker status, or temporary/subsidiary protection) who are newly arrived in France.
To access either programme, applicants must present a university integration project.

For any questions, please contact us by email at: pasrel.centre-fleura@uca.fr.

It is possible to apply to both programmes. Each application file must be submitted within the corresponding application period.

Application to the DU Passerelle

To apply for the DUP, you must be eligible for an exemption from tuition fees.
Depending on your personal situation (age, administrative status, etc.), this exemption may be granted through different means.
Please note: The Dipl?me Universitaire Passerelle is a programme that grants student status and allows students to obtain a university diploma upon successful completion of examinations.

Applications for the DUP for the 2026–2027 academic year will be open from May 4 to May 22, 2026.
The student selection procedure can be found here.
